I cannot change packages anymore, resources over allocated Stampa

When a reseller grants too much disk space or bandwidth to all his clients, we say you are "over allocated".

You will know this is the case when you login to WHM and click Create a New Account, and the total disk space or bandwidth used is more than the resources.
