FTPS is FTP over SSL or TLS.

SFTP is allowed on any server, and you can connect over port 2222. If you cannot connect, please contact HDWEBPROVIDER™ via live chat, phone, or email sales@hdwebprovider.net to tell us.

FTPS is allowed on dedicated servers only. Please submit a ticket to support@hdwebprovider.net requesting "enable TLS for FTP"
