SFTP and FTPS

SFTP is FTP using SSH.

FTPS is FTP over SSL or TLS.

SFTP
is allowed on any server, and you can connect over port 2222. If you cannot connect, please contact
HDWEBPROVIDER™ via live chat, phone, or email sales@hdwebprovider.net to tell us.

FTPS is allowed on dedicated servers only. Please submit a ticket to support@hdwebprovider.net requesting "enable TLS for FTP"
