We carefully evaluate new accounts to determine high risk orders. Please do not take it personally if you are asked to verify a new account, as this could be for simply entering some incorrect information.

HDWEBPROVIDER™, then please verify your account so we can proceed to activate it.

How do I verify my new account?
In order for us to setup your account, we will need you to call us.

If you are unable to call us, you can instead send email to sales@hdwebprovider.net with a scanned copy of a photo ID such as a passport or driver's license. In addition to your photo ID, please include a scanned copy of the credit card that was used in your account purchase (assuming you purchased a hosting account with a credit card). You may censor all but the last 4 digits of the credit card number for your protection, but please ensure the name and expiration date are legible.

Please provide us with the above requested information at your earliest convenience to ensure that your account with
HDWEBPROVIDER™ is setup as soon as possible. We are available 24/7, so please feel free to call us at your convenience. We apologize for any inconveniences that may result from this process.

Why do I have to pay again?
We always refund the initial payment when we ask you to verify a new account. We don't want to accidentally keep your money, in case you decide not to call us and verify.

This is bad! Don't worry, you can choose to NOT pay and we will not activate your account. Also, your first payment is already returned. If you want to pay later, we will be glad to activate your account and start your billing cycle on the day you pay.
