If your billing account is staying active, then we add a credit to your account for the next time you would pay.
If you do not plan to keep any HDWEBPROVIDER™ services, you must cancel all of your accounts first and look for the automatic reply with a ticket number.
Then wait for a cancellation confirmation email. Once you get the cancellation confirmation you may reply to that email and inquire about your refund.
Please allow up to 15 days for your credit card to post the refund.
Please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds (pro-rated or otherwise) on Dedicated Servers unless you submit a cancellation request the day your account is set to renew and it gets charged anyways.
There are some exceptions, but for the most part, there are no refunds on dedicated servers. This is listed in our terms of service under section 6: There are no refunds on dedicated servers, administrative fees, install fees for custom software, or domain name purchases.
